The Contractor shall provide the following services: A. SEMI-ANNUAL MAINTENANCE SERVICES 1. The following equipment shall be serviced on a Semi-Annual basis and according to manufacturer instructions:A. Ritter by Midmark, M9 autoclave, B. Air Techniques, Air Compressor and Vacuum, and Acadia by Air Technique Amalgam Separator 2. Maintenance shall include as a minimum: A. Check exterior surfaces; B. Check for noise and leaks C. Clean, lubricate, and sterilize as needed; D. Flush lines as needed; E. Check all tubing for kinks or cracks; F. Check all gaskets, plugs, filters and trays; G. Calibration as needed; H. Repair and replace parts as needed to maintain equipment operating according to manufacturer’s recommendations. Parts in this section are items that are less than $20.00 and are usually found in the mechanic bag (such as screws, nuts, bolts, gaskets, 0-rings, etc…). Parts that are needed to be order shall be under Part F of the rate sheet and labor rate shall be defined in Part C (Regular Business Hour Service Visit) I.
