A. Parking Lot Sweeping: The Contractor shall perform services during non-business hours two (2) times per week, on Wednesdays and Sundays, between the hours of 6:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m. the following business day, or during hours in compliance with the city ordinance code. Services shall not be performed on state holidays as indicated at DMV’s website: https://www.dmv.ca.gov/portal/dmv/dmv/offices. Should the Contractor be unable to perform duties due to a state holiday, the services will be rescheduled for the next non-holiday business day. B. Paved Surface Area Pressure Washing and/or Steam Cleaning: The Contractor shall perform services during non-business hours, one (1) time per month, on the first weekend of each month, between the hours of 12:00 a.m. Saturday and 10:00 p.m. Sunday, or during hours in compliance with the city ordinance code. Services shall not be performed on state holidays as indicated at DMV’s website: https://www.dmv.ca.gov/portal/dmv/dmv/offices. Should the Contractor be unable to perform duties due to a state holiday, the services will be rescheduled for the next non-holiday weekend. C.
