Establish quarterly service that will clean and maintain the stove/range at the Dockweiler Youth Center. Establish monthly service that will clean and maintain the grease-trap at the Dockweiler Youth Center. Establish quarterly service that will clean and maintain the icemaker at the Dockweiler Youth Center. Establish quarterly service that will clean and maintain the icemaker at Burton Chace Park. Minimum Mandatory Requirements: Vendor must have 2+ years of experience cleaning and maintaining commercial kitchen equipment. Vendor must provide copies of previous service contracts, agreements, or invoices to verify commercial kitchen cleaning experience. Vendor shall not contract out any of the services. Vendor shall notify Department of any additional parts or services needed prior to conducting any additional work. Tasks: Vendor must work with facility supervisors to establish a routine cleaning schedule during normal business hours, which does not affect internal / public reservations. Vendor must check-in with facility staff before servicing any equipment on-site. Vendor must use cleaning methods and supplies consistent with Federal Health Code standards. Deliverables: Quarterly service to maintain and clean: * one (1) commercial range / stove. Monthly service to maintain and clean: * one (1) commercial grease-trap. Quarterly service to maintain and clean: * two (2) commercial icemakers.
