The contractor’s role may include, but is not limited to: • Disseminating information, surveys, and project materials to clients, members, customers, and community partners. • Identifying existing engagement opportunities within their networks to broaden distribution. • Recruiting community members for RTD-hosted or co-hosted outreach events, including virtual or inperson focus groups, workshops, or meetings. • Co-scheduling outreach events and supporting logistics, such as identifying optimal dates/times for existing community events or providing meeting spaces for focus groups, workshops, open houses, or presentations. • Assisting with the facilitation of focus groups, including recording feedback and comments. • Recommending strategies for culturally specific communication tactics and outreach approaches tailored to specific audiences.
