General Scope of Work: Making renovations to the on to the old banking side of the building to accommodate the needs and expansion of City Hall and personnel. General descriptions listed throughout renovation areas: Areas of Work: Entry - Electrical work- convert lights to LED; Utility Clerk (Vestibule Area) - Demo existing door/frame/hardware (into entry). - Infill opening to create a transaction counter with a bullet resistant glass and document pass through. - Cut new opening on lobby side and install one (1) door/frame/office lockset hardware. - Repair, spot prime and paint existing walls. (Paint color will be functional grey.) - Replace carpet/cove (carpet will be Rule Breaker 2-0oz and cove base will be 4in black rubber.) - Electrical work relocates one (1) light switch and convert lights to LED... • Lighting – convert lights to LED (removing old ballast and installing LED Kit) o Cool white 4k-5k LED lights • Light switches – standard switches • Electrical outlets – standard outlets • Paint – brand Interior Promar 200 Zero Voc, colors Eggshell, Functional Grey and Statue Bronze • Carpet – will be Rule Breaker 2-0oz and cove base will be 4in black rubber • Insulation – R15 Therma-fiber fire and sound guard plus • Texture – orange peel; All renovation changes should meet the “City of Angleton Standards Policy/Procedure”
