Catholic Charities of Minneapolis and St. Paul Notice of Call for Bids for 2025 Roof Replacement Catholic Charities is requesting bids to replace the roof at its Northside Child Development Center. This bid request is focused on the selection of vendors that will provide the best value to the organization in the identification, design, coordination, supply, construction, installation, commissioning, and final testing/inspection of the project. Scope of this project • Northside Child Development Center, 1000 Plymouth Ave. Minneapolis • Removal of pre-existing gravel and 4-ply built-up asphalt roof to be replaced with adhered 60-mil black EPDM including insulation. 17,700 sq. ft. • Installation of 24ga prefinished sheet metal in manufacturer’s standard color range. ○ Roofing-related sheet metal only (parapet coping, counterflashing, etc.). Mechanical pipe support, mechanical caps/boxes, etc. is all existing. (where able) ○ Existing coping & panels on screen wall to remain. (where able) ○ Existing panels on upper roof (skylight) to remain. (where able) ○ Existing downspouts to remain. (where able). • Include permits • Include HVAC work if able (turnkey) • Working hours 6am to 4pm.
