Specifications include, but are not limited to: Greenwood School District 50 (“the District” or “Greenwood50”) is herein soliciting sealed bids for inspection of sprinkler systems in 13 schools. Inspections are to be completed by December 30th each year. We would like inspections to be completed during Fall Break each year.; - There are (30) thirty Wet Fire Systems, (5) Fire Sprinkler Standpipes and (1) one Pump System (pump system is electric). - The reports that we are to receive should be separated by Critical (life threatening and needs immediate attention) over Non-Critical (needs attention and can be completed by maintenance staff and done within a year of inspection). - Sprinklers must be inspected annually and our pump system must be tested once every 5 years. - Fire Alarm monitoring system/ central system will be put on test by Maintenance during testing - Associated repair costs including hourly needs to be included in additional. Repairs are not included on this contract, these costs are to help us determine which vendors can perform repairs for lowest cost.
