Inspect non-slip stairs for significant wear Identify issues such as blistering, excessive deflection, bare fiberglass, oxidation Visual inspection of slide exterior for fiberglass damage or fiberglass and gel coat degradation Visual inspection of exterior hardware for excessive rust, corrosion, or loose hardware. Replace missing or corroded nuts & bolts. Inspect tower for any rust, corrosion, or hardware damage Inspect slide for misaligned and leaking seams Prepare a report with documentation, before & after photos, and all findings Document & advise of major issues or repairs in ride path o Clean entirety of the interior of slide (ride path) with a mild non-abrasive and nonstaining water slide cleaner or detergent Clean and remove any scale build-up Sand, clean and re-apply gel coat to any bare fiberglass or worn areas Power wash entirety of slide, cleaning interior Wax, polish, and buff entire length of the ride path and inside of slides Wax, polish, and buff start tub and exit panel All Pools’ slide seams re-caulked as needed (Seams will be caulked with “Marine” grade polyether or polyurethane based sealant caulk rated for continuous submersion in water) Re-align slide seams and transitions as needed, noting any safety concerns Utilize torque wrench to check/tighten bolts throughout slide Repair all structural flaws in ride path – sand and reapply Gel coat where needed
