2.1 Description of Services The City of Long Beach aims to select a qualified contractor that can maintain the current Executive Health Physical services offered and enhance program delivery to eligible employees. Below are the tasks and responsibilities associated with each service category: General Bidding Requirements • Ability to comply with the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) throughout the bid processes. • Demonstrate an ability to continue the current program designs in the proposal offer. • During the contract term, the City will have no data restrictions and may obtain and share any data with any third party. • Upon termination, the City will have no restrictions on obtaining and sharing its data with any third party
