The Minnesota State Patrol (“MSP”), a division of the Department of Public Safety (“DPS”), is requesting proposals from Responders that can provide comprehensive public safety communications center training designed specifically for communications center supervisors, managers, and leadership. Training topics should include a focus on the functional role of the communications center supervisor, skills to enable supervisory success, particularly within a public safety communications center environment, and other topics pertinent to the unique role of communications center supervisory staff and perspectives that should be developed by these individuals in relating their daily work to the wider mission of the agency and supporting its response capabilities.
