The intent of this specification is to provide for the purchase or lease of one (1) new and unused single-engine combination sewer and catch basin cleaner used for removing all debris commonly found in catch basins/storm lead structures and sanitary sewer lines/manhole structures using a front mounted operating station. The unit shall consist of a Positive Displacement (PD) Blower vacuum system, a hydraulically driven high pressure water pump, an enclosed sealed body for storage of collected debris and equipped with a self-contained water supply as the source for the water pump system. The unit shall have the capability of operating both vacuum and water systems simultaneously at full operating speeds continuously. The Unit shall have an RDB (rapid deployment boom) that telescopes 10’ & extends the debris hose to feed through a set of rollers at the boom elbow downward 15’ In which will provide a means to boost efficiency from its ability to move quickly from line segment to line segment & Manhole to Manhole. (Submit horsepower requirements of all systems on unit)
