2. Scope of Work The awarded contract shall be for a term of three (3) years. The timeframe for the work to be performed shall be as follows: year one shall cover the period of April l, 2025 through October l, 2025; year two shall commence on April l, 2026 and end on October 1, 2026; year three shall commence on April 1, 2027 and end on October 1, 2027. Years two and three shall be subject to appropriation of funds. The Town reserves the right to terminate the Contract for any reason by giving 5-day prior written notice to the Contractor. The work to be done, on an as needed basis, consists of furnishing all labor, tools and equipment necessary to attain access to, and thoroughly clean, on an as needed basis, approximately 2,000 catch basins. Hauling and disposal of materials as specified by the Highway Division Manager or Supervisor, as well as all other work necessary for the satisfactory completion of the proposed work shall likewise be included. 3. Specifications Data Collection: The contractor shall collect data responses utilizing a Town-owned tablet with the Field Maps application. The Town shall provide training to contractor and be available periodically to assist and troubleshoot with data collection. Typical data responses include: o Integrity of Basin (0 to 4 inputs, depending on number of issues) o Visual Water Quality Issues (0 to 4 inputs, depending number of issues) o Depth from Rim to Sediment (1 input) Data responses, as needed, includes: o Photos (1 input) o Depth from Rim to Outlet Invert (1 input for 12% of catch basins) o Depth from Rim to Bottom (1 input for 12% of catch basins) o Comments (1 input)
