DAILY SERVICES. The Contractor must perform the following services as needed to remove trash or debris and to maintain clean surfaces. The Contractor must perform the following services at least daily: 8.1.1.1 Sweep all walk surfaces at all entries and exits; 8.1.1.2 Sweep, mop and disinfect all restroom floors; 8.1.1.3 Clean and disinfect fixtures in all restrooms and break rooms. Fixtures include mirrors, counters, washbasins, faucets, urinals, toilets, toilet seats and lids, and supply dispensers; 8.1.1.4 Clean and disinfect all drinking fountains; 8.1.1.5 Fill all supply dispensers located in the restrooms and break rooms, this includes: paper towels, hand soap, toilet paper and toilet seat covers; 8.1.1.6 Empty all waste receptacles in all areas, including: conference rooms, restrooms (including sanitary napkin waste receptacles), employee desks, front desk, shredders containing already-destroyed materials, and outside receptacle located in the front of the building; New plastic liners must be installed in all waste receptacles at a minimum of once per week or as needed if liners become unsanitary.
