PROJECT OVERVIEW The Southwest Ohio Regional Transit Authority (SORTA) is seeking bids from qualified vendors to complete the renovations of six (6) existing Club Rooms and Breakroom areas at three (3) SORTA facilities, Queensgate, Bond Hill, and Access. All work will be completed per the documents generated by Elevar Design Group which consist of; specifications titled “BREAKROOM RENOVATIONS” dated October 14, 2024, marked as “E-12147 - PROJECT MANUAL,” along with drawings titled “E-12147 - SORTA BREAKROOM RENOVATION” dated October 14, 2024, marked as “BID SET.” The six (6) areas are as follows: Queensgate Garage - 1401 Bank St. • Transportation Club Room • Maintenance Break Room • Body Shop / Main Shop Break Room Bond Hill Garage - 4700 Paddock Rd. • Transportation Club Room • Maintenance Break Room Access Facility - 1801 Transpark Dr. • Transportation Club Room 2.2.
