°Furnish and install (2) 10,000 CFM exhaust fans. °Upon approval allow 2 weeks to receive all material to be sent onsite. °Furnish and install (2) exhaust fan weather shields with an expanded metal. °Furnish and install (2) 48" X 48" air louvers with expanded metal °Furnish and Install power to both fans controlled by one switch. °Will furnish scissor lift for 10 days °Will furnish flex wire and a new breaker in the electrical box. °Cut metal wall and build support frame for exhaust fans and louvers. °Properly Seal and check for leaks. °All fans will be secured to prevent unauthorized entry into the building. 1. The bidder confirms that he / she is cognizant of all factors relating to the requirements contained in this bid, no extra charges or compensation will be allowed after award is made. 2. The bidder will be responsible for determining the number of personnel required to complete General Contractor services within the timeframe specified by HHSC. HHSC retains the right to request, amend or change move plans and/or personnel assigned. 3. The bidder agrees to conform to arrival and departure times for each contracted job as established by HHSC.
