6.1. Contractor shall provide all necessary labor, transportation, equipment and any other necessary or incidental need to successfully complete and provide services in accordance with the specifications contained in this RFQ and any resulting contract. 6.2. Contract shall represent TSD in special education and Section 504 cases before municipal, county, state, and federal courts. 6.3. Contractor shall represent TSD in any proceedings before special education hearing officers 6.4. Contractor shall represent TSD in the following cases to include, but not limited to all special education employee or student-related proceedings before the Texas Education Agency, Office for Civil Rights, and other civil rights enforcement agencies.
