A. Removal and disposal of existing boiler. B. Removal of DDC components for reuse in new equipment. C. Removal and disposal of existing evaporative cooling tower. D. Removal and disposal of existing barrel heat exchanger and expansion tank. E. Installation of two (2) new boilers as shown on drawings with new raised pad. F. Installation of new expansion tank as shown on drawings. G. Installation of new evaporative cooling tower as shown on drawings. H. Installation of five (5) VFDs to control tower pumps, main loop pumps, and tower fan as shown on drawings. I. Installation of new plate heat exchanger as shown on drawings. J. DDC control wiring and programming will be done by Clima-Tech. K. Connection and modification of high voltage electrical to all equipment as per drawings. L. All fittings, connections and parts necessary to provide a completed central plant system. M. Repair of building areas affected by project to original condition. N. Cost for all permits and inspections.
