Services - will include but not be limited to: a. The Contractor shall provide HVAC replacements in South Campus Carpentry Shop. The systems are (2) 7.5-ton rooftop split systems with 80% AFUE gas heat for both heating and cooling. b. The Contractor shall recover the refrigerant and remove both current split systems in place and dispose of all old materials. c. The Contractor shall provide supply connections, refrigerant connections, and vent connections. d. The Contactor shall connect the new system to the current air duct work, condensate lines, gas lines, exhaust flue vent, and the existing electrical and control wiring. e. The Contractor shall provide and install filter racks for the furnaces. f. The Contractor shall check the operation of the system by running it once work is complete. g. The Contractor shall be within a 50-mile radius of the facility.
