Mandatory Specifications. OEM, Authorized Representative or Distributor. The Contractor must be an OEM, Authorized Representative or Distributor for the product offered on Contract. Flip Arms. Contractor provided seating must have flip-up arms to permit Homeland Security Emergency Management (HSEM) staff to pivot arms 90 degrees or “flip-up” to permit them to sit in a chair while wearing a gun holster or other safety equipment. Storage. Contractor provided seating must possess “nested” seating option that permits chair seat to “flip-up” for storage. Casters. Contractor provided seating must have hard wheel casters. 3.1.4.1 Caster Color: Black Mesh Back. Contractor provided seating must have mesh back rest. 3.1.5.1 Mesh Back Color: OFS, Color: Pitch (MPI), or State approved equal. 3.1.6 Seat Upholstery. Momentum Textiles, Pattern: Canter EPU, Color: Baltic, or State approved equal. Seating Dimensions. Contractor provided seating dimensions should meet the specifications listed in Attachment F: Seating Specification Cut Sheet.
