The Supplier shall furnish five (5) Cordless Torque Guns with built-in data recording, 3/4-inch drive size, fall within the range of a minimum 50 ft. lbs. and maximum 750 ft. lbs. of fastening torque, 18V DC as manufactured by Hytorc, Model LIONGUN-.7-BSM, or “Approved Equal”. Torque guns shall be pre-set at 475 ft-lbs. +/- 5% tolerance with locking features (pass code protected) to hold the pre-set torque value. The torque guns shall have the ability to keep constant torque values as the battery discharges. Torque guns should meet all ISO/IEC 17025 standard. 2.2.1 Two lithium-ion batteries and one battery charger shall be supplied with each torque gun; each battery shall be a minimum of 18-volts 3.9 Ah. Chargers shall be able to fully charge batteries in 2 hours or less.
