The Contractor shall monitor, maintain and service the security alarm systems covering selected doors, office space and windows for all sites. Monitoring (1). The twenty-four (24) hour security alarm monitoring system must be Underwriter Laboratory (UL) certified. (2). Alarm monitoring shall not be subcontracted out to a third party outside of the continental United States. (3). The Contractor shall provide toll-free phone number for receipt of all monitoring signals. (4). Alarm monitoring shall be performed via an Ethernet network if the alarm system is compatible and with an analog phone line or GSM cellular signal as backup in the event of power or network outages. In the event the alarm system is not Ethernet compatible, analog communication and/or GSM cellular signal is acceptable. a. The Contractor shall coordinate with the ACM and the Authority Information Technology Division to obtain access to place alarm systems on the Authority network. (5). The Contractor shall provide web based remote access to view entire account base, reports, and monitor recent alarm and signal activity during and after hours. (6). The Contractor shall perform daily remote testing of fire alarm communication to ensure there are no breaks in communication and shall notify ACM via email and a follow up phone call of any breaks in signaling.
