West Virginia University on behalf of its Board of Governors (“BOG”) located in Morgantown, West Virginia (“WVU” or “University”) is initiating this Request for Proposals (“RFP”) from qualified, experienced, and licensed Contractors to for renovations and upgrades to the Cary Gymnastic Training Center, located near the WVU Coliseum. The project will include new locker room, shower/restroom facilities, a team lounge, and functional space in preparation for events. The upgrades will include new flooring and lighting in the gym area. The renovation will create a mezzanine and new entry on the southeast. Exterior amenities will include upgrades to the East façade facing the Coliseum including new storefront windows, metal panel accents and landscaping.
