• Vendor to provide up to 163” zero-bezel seamless Video Wall, with the ability to segment the display for multiple inputs (Video Wall Size subject to vendor recommendation) • Vendor to provide and integrate two side wall mounted 55” video displays • Touch panel on podium for basic system functions • Touch panel on wall for basic system functions • Touch panel in Control Room for advanced system functions • Gooseneck microphone on podium • 2 wireless microphones (1 handheld, 1 lapel) • Ceiling microphones • Vendor to provide and integrate with room entry up to 50” portrait display panel which will show meeting information • Rack mounted control equipment and systems with capability to output video and audio (multiple sources to multiple displays): o Podium PC (City Provided) o Barco Clickshare or alternate wireless presentation method o HDMI input on the podium (prefer input mount instead of stray cable) o Traditional Cable Service or streaming device feed (HDMI) • ADA Assisted Listening Devices • Cabling, infrastructure, and labor to convert the system from analog to digital and support the above requirements
