1. The Supplier will provide a dedicated, point-to-point 1Gbps Layer 2 Ethernet circuit, (hereinafter referred to as the “Service”) between the two (2) Customer Interface (“CI”) locations of the University listed below: a) University of North Georgia Testing Center Suite 176, 3640 Mundy Mill Rd. MDF Room 112 Gainesville, GA 30504 Telephone: 706-864-1942 b) University of North Georgia 2990 Landrum Education Dr. Health Sciences (Building 20) Room 112 Oakwood, GA 30504 Telephone: 706-864-1942 2. The Supplier will coordinate all access and interoffice circuits and the installation of any equipment, cabling, or other items associated with the Service. This shall include ensuring the interoperability of all components, which make up the end-to-end service, at installation, acceptance, and throughout the life of the Agreement. 3. The Supplier will terminate each end of the Service on a copper connection at the CI locations specified above. One hundred percent (100%) of the traffic shall be considered business critical: there is no need for the Supplier to provide any additional prioritization or class of service markings. 4. The Supplier must provide the name of an individual to serve as Single Point of Contact representing the Supplier to the University. 5. All maintenance and trouble/restoral management for the Service ordered from the Supplier will be provided by or coordinated by the Supplier, and the Supplier shall remain responsible for all aspects of the Service regardless of the source. 6. The University will provide the conduit or other internal building supporting structure necessary for connecting the Service from the entrance facility at the equipment location to the CI. 7. The University will provide up to 4 RU of rack space for Supplier equipment.
