Scope of Work Description: Recycled Rubber Speed Bump Kits Purpose The purpose of this contract is to procure Premium Recycled Rubber Speed Bump Kits, for performing installation and maintenance projects, controlling traffic speed in designated areas throughout the city. 2.0 Term of Contract This Contract shall become effective on the date executed by the City (“Effective Date”) and shall remain in effect until the earliest of when the deliverables set forth in the Contract are complete or the City terminates the Contract. Tasks/Requirements The Contractor shall: Have a minimum of three (3) years supplying of Rubber speed bump products to an agency similar in size and scope to the City. Be an authorized dealer/reseller of the products offered.
