The purpose of this project is to rehabilitate the existing premises to meet code standards. Work shall include carpentry, painting, demolition, roof trimming, roofing, gutters, weather proofing, plumbing hardware. The project is Jose Flores duplexes. 1. Contractor must remove all complete roofing system material consisting of vents, pipe flashing, gas vents, and replace it with the same or equal venting system approve it by the City of Laredo building codes and the same time paint with approval galvanized metal white paint. 2. The contractor must replace all existing fascia and sub-fascia with 1x8 and 1x2 cedar and paint them with semi-gloss exterior white paint. 3. All pipe flashing must be replaced with lead flashing and paint them with the color approved by Laredo Municipal Housing 4. If any plywood is found rotten, it needs to be replaced with 1/2 cdx plywood. 5. This work includes property storage shed. 6. Felt paper to be used will be pro-armors synthetic felt or equal. 7. Include replacement of gutters that are removed due to damaged, rotted or missing if applicable.
