Model Development • Define service levels within the Community Triage Center. • Incorporate best practices from successful community triage models nationwide. • Ensure regulatory compliance with North Dakota Medicaid reimbursement standards and crisis service accreditation requirements. B. Governance & Stakeholder Engagement • Develop a formal governance structure in collaboration with key community partners. • Facilitate cross-sector collaboration to align services and prevent duplication. C. Financial Sustainability • Identify Medicaid billing pathways for crisis services. • Explore public-private funding models for long-term sustainability. • Develop cost-sharing agreements with partners. • Create a five-year financial sustainability plan, including projected operational costs and funding sources. D. Implementation Roadmap • Create a phased implementation plan for facility launch and roll-out. • Establish measurable outcomes to track success over time, including: o Reduction in emergency room utilization for behavioral health crises. o Improved access to low barrier shelter and detoxification services. o Increased connections to long-term housing and healthcare support.
