Specifications include, but are not limited to: Task 1: Project Management & Reporting The CONSULTANT shall implement a comprehensive project management plan that encompasses clear expectations for progress reporting, status meetings, coordination protocols, and communication procedures. The CONSULTANT must provide written progress reports at least monthly, summarizing activities completed, deliverables submitted, upcoming tasks, challenges encountered, and corrective actions planned. Each report shall include key performance indicators to track adherence to project milestones and timelines. In addition, regular status meetings, conducted weekly or bi-weekly as agreed, will be required with TJPAMC staff to review project progress, address issues, and adjust timelines or deliverables as needed; minutes of these meetings shall be documented and distributed to all relevant parties. The CONSULTANT shall establish clear coordination protocols with TJPAMC staff and any subconsultants, defining roles, responsibilities, and communication channels to ensure smooth collaboration and task tracking. All project communications shall be logged and archived for accountability and future reference, with immediate communication methods such as phone or virtual conferencing in place to address urgent matters.
