Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Removal of Existing Fluorescent Fixtures o Disconnecting and removing existing fluorescent light fixtures. o Proper disposal of the old fluorescent lights and associated components. 2. Installation of LED Lighting Fixtures o Installation of provided LED lights in the existing fixture locations. o Ensure proper electrical connections and secure mounting. o Test new lighting to ensure functionality and compliance with safety standards. 3. Labor for Fixtures with Issues o Defective Fixtures: If any provided LED fixtures are found to be defective (e.g., malfunctioning or damaged from the factory), the vendor will be responsible for replacing owner provided replacement at no additional cost, including the labor for the removal and reinstallation. o Missed Quantities: If the original quantity count provided by the college is insufficient or incorrect, the vendor will include the labor required to install any additional fixtures, as well as any necessary small materials, to complete the job. The vendor will notify the college if any discrepancies are found.
