The selected vendor(s) will collaborate with McKinney ISD to develop and implement a comprehensive sponsorship marketing strategy. Key responsibilities include assembling a district advisory team, creating a long-range plan with revenue projections, and identifying district assets suitable for advertising. The vendor(s) will establish pricing structures, prospect and negotiate sponsorship agreements, and assist sponsors during events at district venues. Additional responsibilities include establishing financial procedures, managing sales, evaluating the sponsorship program’s performance, and exploring future asset opportunities for program expansion. Regular reporting on results will also be required to ensure transparency and accountability.
