Bids for the construction of the Project will be received and accepted via electronic bid (vbid) through QuestCDN until Tuesday, March 11, 2025 at 11:00 AM local time. Bids will be viewed and read via video conference at 11:00 AM. Mailed or hand delivered bids will not be opened or considered.
