The Twin Valley Board of School Directors, Wilmington, VT, seeks proposals from qualified entities to replace four (4) and add two (2) new additional cabinet unit heaters to be completed at the Twin Valley Middle High School 4299 VT Rt.100, Whitingham, VT. Four Replacement Cabinet Unit Heaters: ● Lockout/Tagout the heating system and drain the system. ● Disconnect and remove the four existing cabinet unit heaters and dispose of them properly. ● Provide and install four new cabinet unit heaters (Daikin FHVC106A or equivalent). ● Provide and install new heating valves, aquastats, and relays. ● Connect to existing controls. ● Connect to the heating loop and line voltage electrical. ● Fill and purge the system. ● Perform and document the complete start-up and commissioning of each unit. ● Rooms E3, A6, and A5(2 units)
