Specifications include, but are not limited to: Offeror should propose one or more methodologies to be used to conduct this quality assurance review and evaluate the strengths and weaknesses of each proposal. The proposed methodology should include items of review that are specific to the program as outlined in the requirements, the proposed sample size and proposed plan for completing the review. Areas to review may include, but are not limited to: 3.1.1 Compliance with requirements for billing for enhanced prenatal and postpartum care payments. 3.1.2 Compliance with recipient outreach requirements. 3.1.3 Compliance with standards of care requirements. 3.1.4 Compliance with care coordination service requirements. 3.1.5 Compliance with barrier to care initiatives requirements. 3.1.6 Compliance with care plan requirements. 3.1.7 Quality timeliness, and access to care. 3.1.8 Calculation of performance measures and program goals. 3.1.9 Recipient experience. 3.1.10 Other areas or topics as requested or approved by the division.
