The selected vendor will be responsible for providing a comprehensive, full-service online bookstore that ensures students and faculty have affordable, accessible, and high-quality course materials. The VandalStore, formerly known as the University of Idaho Bookstore, has been the official campus provider of course materials, school supplies, and university-branded merchandise for decades. It operates a physical retail store in Moscow, a downtown Boise location, and an online platform (vandalstore.com) that serves students, faculty, and alumni worldwide. The University seeks a vendor that can: • Enhance affordability through competitive pricing and flexible purchasing models. • Improve operational efficiency via seamless LMS and SIS integrations. • Support evolving digital and Inclusive Access models that benefit students. • Ensure exceptional customer service for students, faculty, and staff.
