The project generally consists of the construction of: Removal and replacement of existing asphalt surfaces inclusive of recompacting underlying soil. The construction of a new artificial turf play field with irrigation. New playground equipment and striping. Restroom renovations to comply with accessibility code requirements. Exterior site improvements and grading to establish proper drainage and access to buildings. Replace existing exterior water fountains with new accessible, refrigerated and filtered fountains. New fenced-in parking area with trash enclosure and new landscaping. All General Contractors and Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing (M/E/P) Subcontractors must be pre- qualified for this project per bidding documents.
