Perform a pre-installation site survey at each site to verify installation plans, rack layouts, verify/document equipment counts, patch cable lengths and counts, and jumper cabling required. Update documentation of campus network closets and device inventory per Irving ISD documentation requirements. Stage equipment (off site), load predefined device configurations, inventory and label devices. Install equipment during evening/night hours (possibly weekend) installation window (typically 5PM to 12AM), as defined by Irving ISD. Configure switch ports to support the APs. Remove old equipment and deliver to Irving ISD warehouse location and inventory devices. Provide any additional equipment to Irving ISD that will be installed by Irving ISD.
