Contractor to provide strategic paid digital media services, including reviewing previous fiscal year campaign strategy, metrics, and reports. Contractor will also develop all digital ad creative and ad copy in cooperation with SPHHS. Overall media budgeting/planning/optimization through “state-of-the-art” performance marketing solutions to place UMass Amherst SPHHS top of mind for target audiences. UMass Amherst is open to innovative, creative, new ways to connect, educate and persuade target audience(s). Contractor will be expected to conduct competitor analysis.
