The successful firm(s) will be retained to make investigations into matters related to the work of the Historic Commission. This could include, but is not limited to, undertaking archaeological investigations; researching available data, documents and repositories of historic records; and providing subject matter expertise upon request. The successful firm(s) will provide on-call services for tasks identified by the city’s Historic Commission on an ad hoc basis. Tasks will be identified by the Historic Commission and reviewed by the City Manager. Tasks will be delivered to the firm in writing. Based on the fee schedule submitted as a part of the RFQ, the successful firm will provide a fee for services for each task requested by the city and notice to proceed will be issued in writing by the City Manager.
