The selected Contractor shall be responsible for, but is not limited to, providing the following services: * Integration * Linking all local Digital Direct Control Systems into the district's main Building Management Server (Regardless of installing contractor). * Working with installation contractors to ensure compliance with MNPS Specifications for Building Management. * Adding and/or updating system function to meet MNPS current Building Management Specifications. To include but not limited to: * Graphics * Trending * Alarming * Scheduling * System Reporting * Unique Programming * Assist with the review and updating of Building Management Specifications. * Assist with project design consultation and new installation commissioning. * Monitoring * Provide remote or onsite systems monitoring when needed. * Provide periodic retroactive review of the system to ensure Energy Strategies are in place and functional. * Programming * Help develop programming strategies for energy, comfort, and outside air. * Implement approved strategies to all local CCD's. * Field Repair Service * Responding to and providing maintenance, troubleshooting and or repairs to existing building management systems. * Troubleshooting and repairing system outages. * Troubleshooting and repairing BACnet Communication issues. * Troubleshooting and repairing system hardware. * Troubleshooting and repairing system programming.
