The purpose of this solicitation is to establish a provider for a software application, training and servicing of the software that can implement automated HVAC setback scheduling with minimal impact to building occupants. The University also seeks to unify information from our Building Automation Systems (Johnson Controls Metasys® and Hoffman Niagara) and our Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) AssetWorks AIM into one repository to better analyze our assets and energy consumption on campus. The application will be first piloted in the following buildings located in Charleston, SC 29425: 1) Alumni Memorial House (113), 45 Courtenay Dr. (connected to 975) 2) Bioengineering Building (339), 68 President St. (connected to 334) 3) Drug Discovery Building (334), 70 President St. (connected to 339) 4) Colbert Education Center and Library (400), 171 Ashely Ave. 5) Basic Science Building (500), 173 Ashley Ave. (connected to 502 & 515) 6) College of Pharmacy (502), 173 Ashely Ave. (connected to 500) 7) Darby Children’s Research Institute (515), 173 Ashely Ave (connected to 500) 8) Alumni Building and Harper Student Wellness Center (975), 45 Courtenay Dr. (connected to 113) If successfully implemented, the program may extend to other buildings.
