• 960 cubic yards of engineered wood fiber • Product is manufactured engineered wood fiber comprised of softwoods and/or hardwoods, consisting of randomly sized wood fibers conforming to the ASTM specifications listed below. • Product must prove to be non-toxic. It may not contain any recycled wood products or any wood containing paint, chemicals or additives. Bidder to provide Toxicity Test Data. • Product to have minimal bark and to be free of twigs, leaf debris and other organic material. • A letter stating the engineered wood fiber material meets all current playground safety standards and guidelines (i.e. IPEMA certified) to include Consumer Product Safety Commission Playground Safety Guidelines (CPSC) and American Society for Testing Materials (ASTM) must be submitted with the quote.
