The selected contractor shall be qualified to perform maintenance and management services for the Swansea HS Athletic Complex which consists of (1) Football, (1) Track, (1) Baseball and (1) Softball field(s). Facilities (7.5 Acres of Playing Surface); Swansea High Doug Bennett Football Stadium; Swansea High Baseball Field (Includes Warning Track); Swansea High Softball Field (Includes Warning Track); Swansea High Track Field & Swansea Band Field; The provided specifications cover necessary provisions for Swansea High School Athletic Facilities Management. Including all turf management, turf maintenance, irrigation maintenance/repair and infield preparation. This also includes all reasonable and necessary labor, supervision, equipment, and supplies in order to keep the contracted areas neat, well groomed, and presentable.
