The Board of Regents of the University System of Georgia, by and on behalf of Kennesaw State University is seeking suppliers to thoroughly clean, screen, paint (if applicable) and apply two (2) coats of water-based polyurethane finish to the hardwood flooring in the spaces listed below. Repair/replacement of any damaged areas is also needed. Student Recreation and Activities Center – Kennesaw Campus • 4 – Court Gym = 23,400 square feet total • 3 - Fitness Studios = 2,626 square feet total • 3 - Racquetball Courts = 2,630 square feet total Recreation and Wellness Center – Marietta Campus • 2 - Court Gym = 13,975 square feet total • 2 - Racquetball Courts = 1,640 square feet total • 1 - Fitness Studio = 1,162 square feet total Ideal times for the wood flooring refinishing to occur are early January, early April (Spring Break), late May, early August, and late December.
