The selected team will be responsible for providing counseling services that include the following: Counseling and Crisis Intervention: Offer therapeutic counseling services to families in domestic crisis situations, experiencing emotional or behavioral challenges, and in need of de-escalation and coping strategies to reduce violent behavior and promote emotional well-being. Violence Reduction and Emotional Regulation: Provide targeted interventions focusing on reducing violence, anger management, trauma-informed care, conflict resolution, and emotional regulation. Individualized Intervention Plans: Develop personalized strategies for each family, tailoring intervention approaches to meet the unique needs and challenges of each participant. Collaboration and Coordination: Work closely with local community groups, schools, or juvenile justice systems as necessary to provide comprehensive care and support. Monitoring and Documentation: Track progress and outcomes, ensuring all counseling sessions and interventions are properly documented to measure the impact of services.
