Task 1: QAPP Development. The awarded contractor will develop a complete Quality Assurance Project Plan for the CCC Renovation Project, to include all required EPA criteria, as defined in the EPA guidelines: www.epa.gov/quality/epa-qar-5-epa-requirements-quality-assurance-project-plans. There is known asbestos containing material in the CCC building, specifically: ● 2,550 ft² of hallway floor tiles & tile mastic (CAT I ACM) ● 25 ft² of baseboard mastic (CAT 1 ACM); ● Unknown quantity of Insulation in the Boiler Room (Previously known asbestos) Due to the age of the building, the awarded contractor shall also coordinate with the Project Manager to ensure all environmental concerns are accurately tested for, documented, and managed within the Quality Assurance Project Plan. Task 2: Ongoing Technical Support: Awarded contractor will provide annual assessments of QAPP effectiveness and any additional technical support for future consulting purposes related to QAPP management and implementation, through May 2027.
