The Kershaw County School District is seeking proposals from qualified vendors to provide a comprehensive Multi-Tiered System of Supports (MTSS) digital platform. The solution must support data-driven decision-making, intervention tracking, progress monitoring, and stakeholder collaboration to enhance student success across academic, behavioral, and social-emotional domains. 2. Project Scope The selected MTSS platform must be capable of: ● Integrating with existing Student Information Systems (SIS) SIS - PowerSchool ● Providing real-time data analytics and reporting ● Supporting tiered intervention tracking and management ● Facilitating collaboration among educators, specialists, and administrators ● Ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations; 3.
