Collierville Schools is a public school system located in West Tennessee. We are a K-12 school district with an enrollment of approximately 9,100 students. We provide meals from 9 different sites. Currently the Collierville Schools School Nutrition department utilizes a computerized point of sale system called "Cybersoft/PrimeroEdge". Located in each kitchen is a cafeteria manager's office with a computer used for running daily reports and e-mails. At the Point of Sale (POS), students enter their assigned six-digit personal PIN’s into keypads. Students keep the same PIN the entire time they are enrolled in the Collierville School system, even when moving from school to school. The PIN is matched to the Student Identification Number assigned in the District’s Attendance Software-PowerSchool. Approximately 20.5% of the district qualifies for free or reduced meals. Free and Reduced-Price Application Processing is done in the Central Office also using OneSource software and online application software. Approximately 800 applications are processed annually. Currently back of the house information such as inventory items and productions are entered at Central Office and uploaded to schools through current software program. Collierville Schools desires a point of sale (POS) system that is web/cloud based and operated on real time, making the system efficient and productive. It must accommodate user friendly, customizable reports. Collierville Schools utilizes Powerschool Student Information Management System and Tyler EERP.
