2.1. Fabricate and deliver culverts, headwalls, cut off walls, and wing walls conforming to the minimum dimensions shown in the attached plans. Fabricators may propose other configurations provided minimum hydraulic openings and bed retention sills are maintained. 2.2.All precast shall comply with the applicable sections of the Vermont Agency of Transportation 2024 Standard Specifications for Construction. Special attention is called to Section 540 - Precast Concrete. This section will include manufacturing and transportation of the precast concrete elements in compliance with section 540. Installation will be performed by others and is not included in this solicitation.
