The state of North Dakota, acting through its North Dakota Department of Health and Human Services, Southeast Human Service Center (STATE) is soliciting proposals to enter into an agreement for the provision of mobile on-call crisis stabilization services to adults, children, and families that are experiencing a crisis. Mobile on-call crisis stabilization services may be accessed by STATE staff, law enforcement, emergency responders, emergency room personnel, jails, detox centers, psychiatric hospitals, family members, and individuals themselves. The purpose of these crisis stabilization services are to assist in the safety and management of crisis situations without disrupting the placement or access of law enforcement or other high end emergency services or hospitalization.
