1. The Contractor and all personnel providing service must be trained in industry-standard landscaping techniques and procedures, with knowledge of local area soil and climate requirements for all grass, shrubs, and plants; proper use of chemicals and insecticides; and proper procedures for cutting, trimming, watering, and cultivating shrubs and trees. 2. Contractor must furnish all labor, equipment, supplies, tools, and materials; as well as all personal protective equipment (PPE) (all PPE equipment, gloves, protective eyewear, masks, etc.) which must be Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) compliant to perform the landscaping required below. Contractor must provide copies of all applicable required Idaho applicator licenses for herbicide and insecticide chemical spraying. General landscaping will be mowing, edging, trimming, pruning, monitoring sprinkler systems, debris control and removal, and overall landscaping care for ISVH-P. 3. Contractor must immediately advise the Maintenance Supervisor, Rickey Frandsen at 208-235- 7881 or designated staff if there are any issues or concerns with any of the ISVH-P premises. Contractor shall be responsible for replacing or repairing to original condition, at their expense, any furnishing damaged by the Contractor or any of the Contractor's employees. 4. Contractor must provide detailed records of all services provided to the Maintenance Supervisor or designated staff by email (provided to Contractor by ISVH-P prior to contract start date) after each weekly occurrence, in a format designated by ISVH-P. 5. Contractor’s Manager/Supervisor must schedule a monthly inspection of the areas designated for landscaping with Maintenance Supervisor or designated staff to ensure quality of landscaping is at the standard of ISVH-P.
